On Rotisserie
Looks like my setup - rotisserie on wheels. Wouldn't have it any other way. From here it looks like a pretty clean chassis

Passenger floor repair.
Looks good. You need to clean up that floorboard so we can see the nice shiny metal. Xylene will take most of that black gunk off.

Passenger Floorboard 1
Gav, actually mine had almost no rust at all under the floor gunk. All of my rust was in the exposed parts around the drain holes. The gunk really made a good seal. Mine also has the dents in the corner

Brown Bread Installation
Looks great Mike. I plan to do the same to mine. Let us know what a difference it makes. I usually see this stuff used as dampening in cars with "booming systems" but it should kill road noise somewhat too.

Engine Bay empty
How did you get your gas/brake lines so shiny? New, polished, cleaned? If new, where did you get them? Looks great!

Left Rear Rocker Under Quarter
These pics are scaring the crap out of me! I'm afraid mine probably look the same - not bad but not good enough to leave alone. What are you going to do? POR-15 all inside the rocker panels?
