  1. As carl said no no on the photos until the magazine is out on the stands. I hope she does like the Datsun. I would love to buy here a 510 or a roadster for her first car.
  2. Chris, Carl was there. Not in the show this year but did see the Baja Z and wow it is sharp. Got some great pictures of it. RJ, I took over 300 photos while I was there.

  6. I have my Amelia Island Concours ticket signed by Peter and John. Both of them are very nice.

  10. Just got back and here are a couple of real nice treats for you guys. 1212 is the sign for the BRE 510 1234 is Pete Brock, Someone I don't know, John Morton 1223 is me, daughter and the 510 1246 is me and John Morton. What a fun filled weekend this was.

    I would not be worried if I was driving my 90TT. They can't keep up. Bill, the only thing people pull over for in Arkansas is there sister on the corner.
  12. you are going to have to fabricate., cut holes and stuff. Not a very easy job. This has been brought up be fore so do a search and see whats been said.
  13. Have you checked the fuel presure. I have heard of the fuel presure regulator causing problems like this.

    pick and pulls. Most Z's I have seen have the same type of clamps. They all seem to be about the same size. If you don't find any soon let me know I just rebuilt my AC/heat and I have a few extra in a bag out in the shop. The FSM calls it a Control Cable Clamp.
  15. The drive to the show. Like dave said 2400 miles is a long way to go for a show.
  16. I have had my 76 280 up to 135mph and that is about all she would go with a stock engine. My 1990 TT has hit the 160mph mark one time but it has a couple of mods.

  20. Your problem is the hazard switch. Run a hot wire to the green wire on your turn siganl plug and if they work then your switch is good along with the fuze so that would be a hazard switch that is bad. Even when the hazard switch is bad the hazard lights will work. I know I just spent 2 weeks tracing the same problem. I rebuilt the turn signal switch had the FSM wiring Diagrams and test just about any way you could think of. Look at this PDF I am about to post.
  21. On our Z cars, most of the time the turn signals stop working is because of the Hazard switch not working/making a solid connection. Hazards will work but the turn signals will not. All of the turn signal lights and hazard light run right through the harzard switch. There is a quick fix to this. I will probly get flaming feed back on this but this is what my machanic did. On the turn signal plug there are 3 wires. 2 white, 1 green. Take the green wire from the turn plug and run a jumper wire to the main 12v imput of the hazard switch. This will bypass the hazard switch(Because its NLA) and even after repairing does not always work. Now the only bad part of this is your turn signals will work when the key is in the off possition.

  25. I feal sorry for ya and wish you the best of luck but business is business. So how much for the whole lot? Then how much for the other parts and how much if you were to sell each car for.
