There are other options for the side lights. I read some where about Hyundai mod and you could go and find a flush mount mod at the local pick and pull. You could also fill in the hole and use a small LED setup.

Check your local laws. Most states require a front Amber light visible from the side and a back red light visible from the side. Turn signals and tail lights don't count. If you look at most new cars the front and back now wrap just enough to see them.

So did this motor ever turn out to be anything? Did you ever get rid of it?

Carl, This was a great weekend. To the Z community. Amelia was great. The weather turned out great on Sunday. The field was perfect and the cars were beautiful. The only bad part of the trip is the sun burn I recieved.

Funny thing, my 280Z came with a special throtle like that. The only thing about it was, you had to operate it with your foot.

I just wonder if you had a 69/70 240Z and went to the Nissan dealer and asked for the fuel door knob lock they would give you what??? 1 hard time 2 Stupid look 3 A fuel door knob for a 71 240 that was made by someone different than the company or person from 1969/70 For someone to believe that in the 70's there was only one company that made parts for Z cars is crazy. If so that person should take a trip to Lumpa land and pick up some orange men to restore there Z.

I think there is only one reason the 260 sits where it does. ONLY 1 YEAR OF PRODUCTION IN THE US. We all know the 260 is a 280 with carbs and a smaller engine.

Looksd like a set of 240 turn signal light with an ok US bumper and a standard air dam. 75 for bumper 100 air dam 10 to 15 for each light. So thats 195 to 205 price wise in my book. B=but I am a 280 guy. Yeah you got a great deal.

There should be a blue wire from any new stereo to the hot wire on the antenna and to an amp for those hard of hearing. then a ground wire. Why did you use a diode??

On the 280 you have 3 lines. 1 to the carbon canaster 2 to the fuel rail 3 the return line Pic 2 1 ?EGR? 2 ? 3 PCV Valve Best I can tell you from the picks and off of the top of my head.
