Like David said its a starting point with a cool looking en-closer for a hard drive. Its just a toy guys so its ok to mod it.

Went to the Cash N Carry (pick and pull) the other day and pulled 3 weather strips from a 2001 Sportage. Passenger side front and both rear doors, Driver front was damaged. I did notice that the front door gasket was bigger than the 2 rear ones. The passenger front fit the rear hatch like it was made for it. Going to do the doors today with the rear door set. Also found a nice 90 300ZX passenger seat to finish up my seat swap. All this for $22

Watching Cars 2 with the boy and he goes "Z car" "Z car" now understand he is only 2 1/2 and can spot one from a great distance..

This is my reply to his Ebay auction!!!!! So what is the VIN of this car???? As many times as you have listed this you should have placed the VIN on the auction. Sounds like you are trying to pull a fast one on people. The bad thing is you are dealing with Z enthusiasts who know what to look for. Tell the truth or you will keep listing it. Quit trying to SUCKER people like AL(AKA) (Datsun Parts) does.

The FSM for the early 240 does exist just hard to find. There is a reprint copy out there. There is a section with the wiring diagram in it section Body Electrical or BE. The wiring diagram is located on page BE4. sblake01 has links to FSM's for download.

I thought the red button was to start the hidden rocket boosters. The relay might be for your AC. There is an AC relay in the FSM at Pg BE 54.

I would like one that says datsun. Hell make it 2 Arne. I have a 280 so Datsun or 280z would be great.

I would think that a stock engine would run better on regular gas but who can find regular gas any more. I use the lower grade at any station in my 280 and get great milage and power for the straight 6. I also have an 07 PT cruiser that has a MPG guage. I have not noticed a milage difference from station to station. I have not realy noticed a difference between lower or higher octane either.

Well my 2 cents really don't count for much, its worth about 2 cents, but why would you put Datsun seats in a BMW? I know there are BMW seats that would fit and maybe HLS30.com will give some insight to this. We have found a couple of BMW seats at the local junk yard. I would guess you are going to have to mod the rails on the seats to fit into your 240. Also a nice upgrade for seats are the 90-96 300ZX seats. They range in price from 100 a set to 300 a set. I am looking for a set in the local junk yard to try and save.

Go figure. I was thinking you had some special fiberglass container or you made some nifty silly string hanging kit to place in the truck. So ship the dash to the house here and I will take care of getting rid of the package it came in.

Depending on rust and the inside it seems like a good deal. I would strongly suggest you go and look at in person and get a true feel for the car. I always recomend you look and drive a car before buying it. We have had a few members buy over the net/ebay and not get what they tought they were getting. Bigoak was thinking the same as me but beat me to the punch..

Giving this item is new on the market it does seem high but with the options this kit has the options of custom programing No more head light realays no more blown fuses could all add up to a nice cost. Plus how much would a NOS harness cost you for a Z?

Has anyone seen or used this product? ISIS Was watching Two Guys Garage back in May and seen this new system called ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System that is out for cars. They say it can be made for any car out there. It looks like this could be a very good if not great substitute for the stock wiring in a Z car.

I would check the sending unit on the passenger side to see if there is a leak or if its bad. Then do a check on the gauge to make sure its reading right. Check your oil level. I know my 76 oil pressure runs about 60 when running to 55-70. When the oil gets low the gauge sits lower like yours.
