Yeah would love to see a pic or two, Im trying to decide if I should get some of these or widen what I have already
  11. I rang Phil about the flares he was planning on making about a month ago to sort out payment and shipping to NZ. Has anyone else got theirs yet or heard from him how long they will take? I would definately be keen on the rear spoiler too. Jeremy

Yea It came down to a decision in the last week at the paint shop, and I went for the original red as I wanted a change from the white this car was painted (badly). Very very happy with the result, but yes it is hard to take pics, Ive found the best ones are at night under lights. It brings out the deep red nicely. Ktyler yes Ive just recently joined Datsun.co.nz and see you are on there 2quite a bit, how is the repair of your car getting on? The RB went in a while ago but it is only just getting wired up this weekend as I have finished putting all the trim back on, buying new carpet and re-upholstering the seats. I have seen 1 other 240k around Auckland, and even had the chance to buy 2 together last year although 1 was basically a parts car.

Yea I went for the original colour code. It took me months to decide on what colour to paint it, but I decided it would have to be an original code. (It was white before) They did all door trims the same red and inside the boot black. I am going to get the engine bay painted black too, this will come later once it is running ok.

Hi all, got my 240k back from the painters the other week, and am currently busy putting it all back together. Have most of the trim, windows, interior and bumpers back in place

Hi, Yes I am still keen to get a set sent over to NZ, Might be cheaper to wait on the front and rear spoilers and get them all sent at once. Or with Ktyler's flares

Oh I see from your pictures it mounts a lot lower, very nice.

I also think the greddy plenum is closer to GT-R volume and sits higher on the engine. I found I had to drop an engine mount to fit everything in easily

Really, not problem with top clearance? Is the inlet manifold in place, and is this going to be standard or front mount? I had some problem fitting the standard intercooler piping under the bonnet so modified to front mount

Yes, I am very keen to get these along with a rear spoiler. Although I would need them posted to Auckland

Hi Khughes, Im just in the process of getting my c110 painted the darker nissan grey. Cant wait to see what it will look like. I was planning to paint the engine bay either the same color or black to match cam covers etc

Yea I will be replacing with 2 new fuel lines and a breather into the boot too. Its pretty easy to work out the approx length from the old ones then bend it into place yourself. (will just be getting the fittings made up once in). Not too sure on the ignition issue, what is this? My auto electric mate was going to do all that work for me, as I have hooked up the new RB loom with the ecu and plugged most of it in. Hw will just have to splice in the existing ignition L24 one
  25. Nice, Ive started on my stainless too, have done the rear bumper so far, looking to get the trim and front done soon. I have a few spare parts so get to choose the best to start with Also looking at getting a complete new rubber set rom Rarespares over here in NZ
