I found a broken stud on my 260 #1 cylinder under the t-stat housing. It,s not leaking and has been like this since I,ve had the car, almost a year. The break is near flush with the head and probably have to remove the manifolds to extract.I,m leaving it alone as the manifold is providing a good seal

Zak,If your near Ontario Belting in Woodbridge ,Weston and Steeles ave area they have a corrosion suppressant ,Crown formula 101 66013 in a spray can that works great. Its for treating unprotected metals for storage cleans up with paint solvents .I,ve used this on crank and cams engine blocks bare sheetmetal etc where some corrosion protection is needed. It,s like a wax type of substance advertised to withstand up to 1000 hours in a humidty chamber, It works for me

Jeff, restoration of a shell in that condition could put a clean low mile driver in your garage.I,ve taken a number of a 37 k surviver recently on e-bay located in Guelph, worth checking it out

Dean ,I had my Z picked up in Pittsburg and delivered just north of Toronto to my driveway last Febuary all paper work and border taxes taken care of.All I had to do was safety and transfer . GST is paid at the border PST at the licence office. Photo copy of ownership to the border, original with the car plus abill of sale from the registered owner ,no B.S. I recieved quotes of 1900 plus dollars from Mackie plus extra for loose parts.Call Kirk Lewis @705- 454-3753 as he trailered mine back round trip very reasonable. I,ve also heard Oakwood Transport is very reasonable but the car will be dropped off at a brokerage depot Dixie-401 area where you perform customs clearance paperwork and fees
