    I have had the same problem and what you have to do is carefully cut the rubber holder in half as straight as possible.This will expose the entire motor.Then get some clear plumbers caulking similar to silicone and where ther are any seams run a bead around them .It does not have to be to thick .Let it dry , place the rubber back over the pump and re install it back into the bottle bracket.I have done this to all of the motors I purchased and they are all good to go now.
