Nice. What size are they? Update us with those pictures once you get them :)

Ross C. At www.modernmotorsports.com Makes wheel adapters for mounting Honda rims to the Zcar. I have a set out back of my Z. running stock honda rims and tires. If I bend one up I can get one at any tire shop on any corner in LA! :devious:

Are you familiar with modern motorsports rear disc setup? I'm asking because I bought a 240 yesterday with his setup on the rear, and no wheels for the car. This didn't seem like a problem till I tried to mount a 14" 280zx wheel on the car and the calipers wouldn't let it on. I'm wondering if 15" wheels will work or if I need 16" or 17"?

I believe the smallest wheel you can use with the MM rear discs are 15 inch.

You could e-mail MM and ask them, I'm sure they could tell you what was ordered by the previous owner if you still have the name of the person you bought the car from.

Seems that most 14" rims will not fit on the rear 240SX disc break upgrade kit From MML. Ross said that "some have fit, but very few". Also if running the 4X4 W/ 11" 300ZX roto upgrade kit the 14" in rim will not fit. If not running the front kit but only the rear try a trail fitment. Maybe if the rims you already own just kiss the outside of the new calipers, you might be able to just shave a bit off to just be able to get them on. The Front caliper upgrade kit will clear 14" rims on the stock rotors. hope this Helped. :devious:

Thank's to all. I limped it in home on 15" 300zx wheels. I say limped literally by the time I got home it was losing air on the right rear where it rubbed the strut housing. I saw on another thread were a guy suggested shaving on the caliper housing as well. I'm thinking about the MSA 17" Konig Racer still need to talk to MSA about backspacing.

Wheel decisions are tough...

17" Simmons Wheels in Aus seem to work fine. No spacer required. This is what I am running.!!

Motorsport Auto in CA have a few designs that look good.. i.e.Panasport. If I had my time again I would go for 18" !!

Did you find out what they can get them for yet?
