Murph Posted February 24, 2004 Share #4 Posted February 24, 2004 Not really.... but will keep an eye out.Actually there is another 260Z 2 seater around here, looks almost identical to mine but far better in everyway. L28, big cam, brand new tripple webbers, retrimmed interior, racing buckets, harnesses. It's mainly used at a track car. It's run a 14.4 on our very slippery drag strip too.Anyhow when I last spoke to him he said he was thinking of selling as he'd rather something with 4 seats he can fit the wife and kids in.Not sure what sort of money he'd be after, but it'd be (at least) that sort of ball park considering its totally imaculate condition.I can ask if your mate is interested. Gee Posted February 29, 2004 Share #10 Posted February 29, 2004 If you decide to catch a plane, there's always this one240z I have seen this car and it's pretty nice - it's also the zed that was sold to buy the "Car of the Month" car so you could talk to the PO (George)! After buying if from George I know this guy spent a bit getting an original factory A/C unit fitted as well - a definite added bonus! When I looked at it (maybe 6 months ago??) it appeared to be rust-free, I think this might be the result of it being a Canberra car - George could no doubt tell you more though...I don't have any links or associations with this guy BTW.Good luck! Mr Camouflage Posted March 1, 2004 Share #11 Posted March 1, 2004 I know of 3 240z for sale in Perth (only costs about $800 to send them interstate I believe).Ian Dredge has 2 240z for sale:One is a Metallic blue one that was from Queendland. (might still be registered on QLD) but is unlicenced in WA.The other is a white Automatic 240z. Both are around the $4000 -$4500 price i thinkThere is also a guy (Matt) selling a blue 240z with a L28 for around $9000.go to www.wazcars.com and look at the forums for contact details.Ians blue 240z. Alfadog Posted March 1, 2004 Share #12 Posted March 1, 2004 If you want to know more about the blue one you should ask "Walkingpig" - he is the PO of that one. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/10353-wanted-240z260z/#findComment-70672 Share on other sites
