TomoHawk Posted May 16, 2004 Share #1 Posted May 16, 2004 Is there somebody thar makes a "tune up kit" for the 280Z? I mean stuff like dizzy cap, rotor, points/condenser, plug wires, etc. What else should I get? All I did so far was put in new spark plugs.thx Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/11735-engine-tune-up-kit/ Share on other sites
Ed Posted May 16, 2004 Share #2 Posted May 16, 2004 MSA has a "kit" that includes NGk spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, points (where applicable), and condenser (where applicable). Ed Posted May 16, 2004 Share #4 Posted May 16, 2004 Kind of unrelated but since your giving your girl a tune-up you should replace all the fluids too (radiator, tranny, diff).:classic: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/11735-engine-tune-up-kit/#findComment-81262 Share on other sites
TomoHawk Posted May 16, 2004 Author Share #5 Posted May 16, 2004 Mine is more of a Beasty. Sure doesn't drive like no girl! Any hoo... Had the fluids changed two summers ago, trans rebuilt last spring, and it's time for the annual, 1000-mile oil change.
