valves needs to be adjusted

I hear this cliking sound comming from the motor which I'm sure is because my valves are loosen up, which needs to be adjusted (tighten up) does anyone knows how to do this? is this something I can do on my own of should you suggest I take it to a Z shop and do this? and how much would this cost? thanks

its def something you can do yourself.....well this would I guess depend on your mechanical aptitude, however this has been discussed in detail several times here and if you do a search in the archives you'll come up with a plethora of information.

if you don't currently have one, I would suggest obtaining a service manual from either haynes, chilton of one of FSM's which will make your life much easier.

while your at it, search out timing chain adjustment as well. Might as well do everything in one shot :classic:
