Yesterday my l28et swap was fine (engine running), until today when I try to started it again. Key in "off" position the voltage is good at 12V, but as soon as I turn the key to "acc" the voltage dropped to 5-6V(unstable) then to "on" it's reading 0.60V . From "off" to "acc" I could hear the relay on the passenger side clicked. Have anyone have any problem like this before...

also when ohms out from ground to 12V fuse box @ "off" it read 1.5k

@ "acc" 90ohms

@ "on" 50ohms

thanks for the tips, my wiring inside my car is fine. I tested by using a batt charger connected to the main line coming in located at the passenger side and it fine, no power drop or anything when key turning. But once connected to the engine compartment, it do it again.

I am guessing it not having good ground. When key go to "acc", relay clicked and if it working properly when key go to "on" i should not hear any relay clicking and my fuel pump will pumped. But I did hear it clicking (no sound of fuel pump)and when check the V, it dropped to 0.5V (unstable).

After disc & reconnected all the wires it work! but not stable. Sometime it work and other time not. Ahhhhhh
