I've had some time to dig around in the code to find out why the login code wasn't working right.
Here's a simplified version of the problem I fixed.
If you weren't logged in and tried to REPLY to a message, the system would prompt you to enter username and password. Well, after you typed in the info, you would see a "PAGE NOT FOUND" error...
To test this, just click log-out. Now, open a forum and a message. Try to reply... the system will prompt you. After you type in your login information, you should see a confirmation, "Thanks for logging in NAME"....
Anyway, I never saw this message because I have a bad habit of never logging out when I leave my computer. So, when I come back, the system remembers that I was logged in and continues my session. This is called a cookie.
If some of you could test this for me, I would appreciate it. And, if you see any more log-in problems (or just blank pages or links), please let me know.
