EScanlon Posted August 16, 2004 Share #14 Posted August 16, 2004 You also have to remember that by our age, the majority of the really stupid have been picked off, in a Darwinian Process, along the way. Many times that's WHY we KNOW something is dangerous, stupid, suicide.....Enrique Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/12823-point-of-interest/?page=2#findComment-91323 Share on other sites

Just tape a copper penny to the top of your battery. Corrosion will be drawn to the penny and leave your electrodes clean.Rick. Zrush Posted August 16, 2004 Share #20 Posted August 16, 2004 Here's a customizing tip. My husband covered the steering shaft in the engine bay with a chrome bathroom towel holder. Got it at the local Home Depot or Lowes. Looks exactly like the expensive chrome steering shafts that all the T-bucket folks use. Fit perfect!! Now that's the poor man's hot rodding tip of the day Vicky Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/12823-point-of-interest/?page=2#findComment-91385 Share on other sites
