Ya know, as I look ait again, it is white, right? All sirens are gray right? Isn't that that that piece the guy was selling of ebay that makes the car faster than the Millenium Faulken by creating a bubble in which selected laws of physics are changed?

It is supposerd to make drag from moving through the air negligeable, allign all of the ions gasoline, make lubricant slicker than snot(blow your nose before you go for a drive)and increase the gravitational pull on the car to give it the ability to do a 6g turn, accellereation, and stop, and get 67 mpg doing it. If you used the "buy it now" he wired in a siren function as a disguise for free(normally a $12,000 option)! Wow! I hope he lists another one.... Of course it only works for one turn, and I bet the owner of this car already tried it out, so I guess, at this point, it is just a siren.
