Painting Carbs Vs Annodized

Hey guys

Looking to do some tidy up mods and i want to paint my carbs from blue to black. If im painitng them is there any particular paint i should use or things to look our for? like certain things that should be masked that i may over look.

Also, i was thinking about annodizing them, does anyone have any idea on cost or know anyone who does it in the bris area?
