Hi all,

I'm about 90% sure that I will be going to the MSA show next weekend. But, I have to fly into LAX. I managed to get a free ticket by caching in some frequent flyer miles.

I'll probably fly in on Saturday so I can make the banquet that night. Or, I can fly in on Friday if there's something to do or people to hang out with.

Anyway, I'm sending this to you guys so I can hopefully get your help in a few different ways:

1) CARAVAN from LAX. I could get a shuttle, but, it would be a hell of a lot more fun to meet with a few people at the airport and CARAVAN from the airport down to MSA. Let's make a fun trip out of this whole thing!!!

2) Hangin buddies. I don't know anyone at the show and I really don't want to try to find people. Not to mention that there will be nothing for me to do on Saturday (daytime). So, anyone want to get together?

3) Cruizin. I'm going to be cruizin the show and taking pictures of the awesome Z's. It would be nice to get together with a few of you at the show and either look at your cars, or, just cruize together.

4) CD's. I will also try to get rid of the remaining Zcar Microfiche CD's at the show. So, they will be selling for a discounted rate.

Long story short... I'll be coming down there out of the blue. I'm not going to know anybody by face (just email and alias from this

club). I plan to stay at the Ramada, but, I haven't made reservations yet. (hopefully it won't be full)

I'll be coming in Friday evening. I've paid to attend the 'kick off party' on Friday night (7pm), so, I'll take the earlier flight which gets in at around 4:30... I'll get back to you with the flight # and the specific time.

First things first... is that time OK with you?

Ya, that was bunk info. But, it's cheaper to stay at the Extended Stay America anyway. I'll be there from Friday night to Monday afternoon.... I just hope the Extended Stay America isn't some crappy drug-infested stink-hole.. :eek:

I just remebered that that i'm in school right now and will be in class Friday duh. However i get out at about 3pm, Orange county is about 1.5 hours from me with no traffic so that would get me there on time traffic permitting. I will try to get out of school early and leave straight from there. So if i get held up will this be ok, also do you have a cell phone so i can call you and give you a status check once you hit the ground (or i'll give you mine). I feel kinda dumb now because i totally forgot that i had class:eek: sorry. Bottom line i'm sure that i can make it and would like to meet up for the dinner.

Let me confirm the flight. Because I'm sure it gets in around 4:30ish and I don't mind hanging around the airport.

I'd rather do this because I can't really justify renting a car if I'm not going to use it.

I also wanted to mention this. I registered for the show as an exhibitor (registered Zcar). That means that I can get anyone (with a Z) into the show for free parking.

I bought the exhibitor pass because it was only $5 more than just a Tshirt. I figured I could give it to someone.

PS: This is limited to ONE Z.......

ESA is NOT the Hilton, but I have stayed in several and they have all been new and very clean and practically identical....Friday night at 4:30 huh? I thought Sat. Traffic will not be fun. Forget the I-5 part, just stay on 55 north to Katella or Collins. But if you are getting a ride, you won't have to worry about it.

Ya, that was the best flight. The next one comes in at 8:30 and I'd pretty much miss my window for the kick off party.

I want to get down there for as much as I can because I'd like to meet as many people that I can..

I don't really need to stay at the Hilton because I probably won't be in the room very much. That's the plan, anyway.
