That is "Mike" time, he has discovered a way to get 53 hours out of a 24 hour day!

But the only way it works is to keep the server that this site resides on strictly to that clock! Have you seen racergirl-a 53 hour day looks better all the time!!!

Now if he can only extend the time management algorythm to the rest of us, that, and I still gotta find my portable hole  !

Bryan,

Have I got a deal for you! Through a glorious twist of fate-and threats of bodily injury-

I still have these babys available for you!

For some reason, out absent resident wino didn't use the buy it now button!

Some one please take a picture of the uninstalled struts and post them!!!

Thanks Capt mark, exactly whay I was after!

Cool that Tokico doesn't give you that "Peg Leg" Rear Strut in the Illumina like they do for the Blue Model.

I wonder why the RED case for the Rears, and White for the FRONTS?

Carl,

Sorry for the confusion, The rears are Koni adjustable.

Mark

OK, that makes more sense.

But, then .....Will, what did the pictures tell you? I thoughht you were interested in the Tokico Rear struts and whether they had a sleeve on theend? Did I miss something?

I was looking for an answer as to wheter or not sectioning the strut will necessitate a change of front cartridges as I thought it would. If there was a spacer, the answer might be no-depending on the size of the spacer. But it looks like taking 2" out of the front will force a change in the struts.

I called Tokiko today, and have a fax number to send the measurements of the modified strut so that they can tell me what cartridges to use.

Will

I have yet to figure that out. One end at a time! I am still considering the possabilities. I know the front will gain travel from the sectioning, but I am not sure that the rear really needs anymore. I am still pondering whether to just sew everything up with coil overs, or to move the perches and use the aftermarket Tokiko kit(selling the struts I won't use to offset the need for two others).
