Scroll Bar Help!

Is there some way to adjust the setting for the vertical scroll bar?

I find that when I'm zoomed in to look at some specific detail, if I need to move left or right from where I am, I can just click on the bar to the side of the scroll bar that I want to go to and it will generally go over about one screen width. Same on the Vertical.

I can also use the scroll bar on the horizontal track to make small adjustments in the horizontal view. However, if I try to do that with the vertical, it zooms out of control making it hard to do small adjustments.

Now I know about the "hand" to move it with, but there are times when I'm having more trouble trying to adjust the picture and it just gets frustrating.

One other point.

Does anyone know of an easy way to go from the Part Number / Name section to the appropriate Fiche / Section / Screen?

I've not found a way to find a part by either name or number and then be able to key the location to get to the appropriate section.

I've seen the sections named on the left, as far as named sections, and this is fine if you know exactly what section you are looking for. But when the microfiche says that Section 81 is located on Microfiche 5 Pane D 6. How the heck do I get to Microfiche 5?

I do find the CD extremely helpful, and it is decidedly better than my original microfiche that's out in the garage. But I guess I need a little bit of help to bring myself up to speed. Can you guys help me out?
