I decided to create this thread to post what I learned as well and to seek helpful advice. I’m not sure I have all the bases covered. To date I have taken it apart and bought new parts from NISMO

P/N Description

00933-11600 Plug-Welch 16

NISMO came back with the part number changes:

P/N Description QTY Unit of issue

00933-1161A Plug-Welch 16 1 Package

00933-1181A Plug-Welch 18 1 Package

00933-12000 NLA superseded by 00933-12010

00933-12010 Plug-Welch 20 1 Package

14009-73401 Gasket-Bal tube 2 Each

What I was planning to do was to the remove the freeze plugs and have the balance tube and manifold media blasted and hot tanked after having three broken heat shield bolts removed.
