Classic Japanese Car Show Oct 1 in Long Beach

I just got my registration confirmation e-mail a couple days ago. If you guys have pre-registered as well I would think you should have gotten one by now. I was number 44, and that was with me registering last month. I bet they are up to 100 cars by now. For everyone coming out, look for the silver Skyline. That is mine. I will most likely be nearby. Stop by and chat for a while.

Hello everyone,

I am so excited because in about two hours I will be driving down to LA and I will see you guys at the show tomorrow! I won't be bringing my car, but I will be going in my friend's orange 1800sss Bluebird. I hope to see everyone there. Look out for a 6' white guy with a blue shirt and kacky pants. I know, that doesn't narrow it down, but I hope to see a lot of people from the club.

See you tomorrow,

Ben :)

Hello everyone. This was a great show. I caught up with some of the members and we had a great time. The cars in attendence were amazing. Unfortunately, there were no Fairlady Z's on hand. I was a little bummed, but other than that the show was awesome. I will be posting pics in a few days. I took a lot. Hopefully everyone won't mind that many of them are non-Nissan/Datsun.

It was a great show. I think people will have fond memories of this show for some time. I just got off the phone with Mrs. Yamaguchi. She called me with thanks for my help. I told her that what I did was so little compared to their labors and that everyone I've spoken to was so happy with the way the day the had and the cars they'd seen. She was really happy to hear that. During the show, they were so busy that they had very little opertunity to really see how things were going. After they had returned the rental equipment last night, they found that they were too tired to walk, too tired to even talk.

She said that she would update the japaneseclassiccarshow.com site soon (not today please!) with a list of the award winners and photos.

It was nice seeing you Ben! I'm the one who ended up sunburned beyond recognition!
