I like the wheels, but damned few others seem to! WHat's wrong with them? anyway? feedback welcome

Anyway, I am looking into getting new rims.

Not a damn thing wrong with the wheels, bro. If you like, that's all that matters, the Zcar is for the people, not the snobs. If it impresses the everyday kind of person, you've stayed in the spirit of what is a ZCAR. If you want, send me a few profile pics of your vehicle along with some wheel pics and Ill adobe photoshop them to let you see what other it may look like.

Clearly, your car should be named "The Autumn Wind".

I've finally realized why I like your alterationz to your Z. When I heard about the 350, THIS IS WHAT I HOPED AND IMAGINED it would be like, but I do love the interiour of the 350. Bullseye, bro....bullseye. I bet that guy who created the Z phenomenom would do a backflip if he saw it.

great comments on the wheels! I appreciate it. Some fans, some not fans.

No, I don't mind bluntness whatsoever, provided the input is specific enough to give insight. Anythings better than 'gross' or 'wheels suck'. I'll take alook at other, more Japanese wheels.

I always felt that that type of wheel looked more at home on a mini truck in the 80s. In fact, I had them on my mini truck in the 80s! But if you like them, as ZfanNtexas says, that's all that really matters. IMO they're kind of neutral. I don't think they detract from the look they just don't add to it.

My body shop is very good, they had to do some things to make sure the g-nose mounted well in place. Otherwise, without some bracing, the Gnose could be trouble at hihger speeds.

I lived in Pasco for 4 years, on road 60.

that is a fantastic looking Z i love it, as for the rims i like em partialy because i love the american look ( i have american racing rims on my Z) i say go with what you think looks best try viewing some other Z's on this site. About how much was ur G nose from MSA?

The G nose was $795, and anohter $100 or so to install.

Hey, on the shift boot, the '70 Z does not have a metal ring. So I have to gule it to the car itself, using some kind of adhesive.

ezzzzzzz may have an answer to your glueing dilemma here:http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18406&page=2&pp=5

Hey!! I love the Gnose!!

I have a GNOSE sitting in my basement and I have been searching high and low for headlight covers!!

Is there anyway you could find a set of headlight covers or ask your buddy in Tokyo?!?!

I have seriously been looking for almost 2 years now!
