learnerZpermit Posted September 12, 2005 Share #1 Posted September 12, 2005 I no longer have the time to play with cars. so i regret to say i need to sell my Z's , for tuition. i have a 1971 240z its bright red, has the factory L24/E88 head , 6-2-1 header, and weber dual downdraft carbs, plus a 5spd. tranny. the paint is new, but its been done by a begginer. it also has a vented MSA front fascia. the other Z is a 1974 260Z with a VERY built L28 stroker/N42 head and flat top pistons. the head has been ported and polished and fitted with brass.the compression ratio is like 11:1. all work was done by the veteran Z builder "PHRED" on this website. the L28 also has a 6-2-1 header, mallory dual point distributor(i have a brand new ZX distributor too) it has electronic fuel that is hooked up to the 44mm triple mikuni carbs - this is the fastest Z ive ever been in (aside from scarabs). MSA springs/sway bars. and a 5 spd. transmission. centerforce stage 2 clutch, centerline 14's and brand new tires. its all a lot of fun, but i dont have time nor resources anymore. so this is my question i need help with : "how much should i sell all this for?"
