Zed Head Posted February 12, 2011 Share #14 Posted February 12, 2011 Yes it does, but it didn't have any SPAM associated so what the heck. Benefit of the doubt.I'm not really up on how those troll-bit things work. Didn't check that he left immediately and hasn't been back (how do you tell?). What do you think? NCLarry Posted June 19, 2020 Share #17 Posted June 19, 2020 Anyone know the size/thread for the nut for the idler pulley bolt? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/18623-ac-idler-pulley-rebuild/?page=2#findComment-601498 Share on other sites
EuroDat Posted June 20, 2020 Share #18 Posted June 20, 2020 The nut is a M10x1.25. The pitch is fine compared to the normal nuts (M10x1.5) you will fined in a hardware store. You best bet would be an autoparts shop or machine shop. You could ask a garage is you can hunt through a nut and bolts tin. EuroDat Posted June 20, 2020 Share #19 Posted June 20, 2020 (edited) The other thing you might want to know is the nut flats are 14mm opposed to the standard M10x1.5 nuts with 17mm flats. 17mm should still clear the bearing. The flat washer also has a small outside diameter OD: 16mm, ID: 10.2mm, thickness 2mm. The spring washer is normal size.
