280z1975 Posted March 28, 2006 Share #1 Posted March 28, 2006 Ok, I have done some searching out there and can't find what I am looking for, so the question (and opions) go out to all you Z lovers.I am painting my car this weekend after a lot of body work. I am going with a black, original '638 Black Metallic'. But I was thinking of adding in some white metallic to the paint to give it something extra, but I can't find a photo of what it will look like. Does anyone have an idea, opinion or photo of what this will look like? I am using white as my accent color (the grill and brake area) Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/19414-black-with-white-metallic-photo/ Share on other sites
240ZX Posted March 28, 2006 Share #2 Posted March 28, 2006 Generally speaking, when you add white to black you get some shade of grey! Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/19414-black-with-white-metallic-photo/#findComment-161414 Share on other sites

MarkDixon Posted March 28, 2006 Share #4 Posted March 28, 2006 http://www.paintwithpearl.com/candy/pwp402/pwp402.htmCheck out this product. You can mix this with your clear coat and it will give you that something extra you were looking for.If you are going with a metalic color paint, tinting the clear coat is the best thing you can do that will give an extra custom look Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/19414-black-with-white-metallic-photo/#findComment-161423 Share on other sites
