TomoHawk Posted September 3, 2006 Share #14 Posted September 3, 2006 When I was younger, and my older brother was into cars, we fixed them up in the garage during the winter. When I got to 15, he told me "when you need a car for yourself, we'll go to the junkyard and build one!" 1 Bravo 6 Posted September 4, 2006 Share #15 Posted September 4, 2006 We bought our son an old Datto Stanza as a surprise gift for his graduation from Uni.Worst thing we could have done. From that day, right up until he left home I could NEVER find the tool I wanted unless I was prepared to search the Stanza."Ken, .... have you seem the 8 inch shifter?"."No Dad"."Well, ... what about the yellow handled phillips head?"."No Dad".That was years ago and I still haven't found that bloody phillips head.Rick.:devious: :devious: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/21417-teaching-the-young-ones-to-restore/?page=2#findComment-181053 Share on other sites
