What's the most reliable place to purchase parts. I need a center console and a front bumper bar.

What year is your car? Knowing that will determine if the parts you seek are NLA. If that is the case, this site's classified section or eBay are your best options.

You can also list parts you are after in our classifieds...I have and it does give results! Mike gave us a feedback ability as well for these transactions.

If the console is for a '72, it is NLA, and would have to be sourced from either a vendor-unlikely, or a private parts(ebay or a frien of a friend, and would either be an excellent used part for $50 to $150(depending on the deal you luck into, or a NOS part at around $300-400 if you can find one.

A front bumper bar (assuming you are not talking about the bumper itself) is an after market add on and come up on ebay frequently for $25-125 depending on condition and how many people are after one at the moment you bid

I have a 72 Z and need a black center console. My current one is broken right where the choke cable handle comes out.

I also need a front bumper bar. It is simply bent and has missing botls.

Richard, That console is repairable. Go to www.ztherapy.com. and order the 240Z tuneup video. Not only does it tell you how to tune up your Z, but it also tells you how to repair your console and strenghten your choke mount. Really good stuff. I followed their directions and repaired the console on my 73. At the same time I lubed the choke wires and it is very smooth and puts no strain on the console. It was not very hard to do and you have to look real closely to tell it was broken in 3 places. Cheers, Mike
