Victor Laury Posted October 29, 2006 Share #4 Posted October 29, 2006 It will take quite a bit of time and patience to unravel the PO's modifications. You must get a FSM for a 73, or at least a good wiring diagram. Then determine why the PO did these repairs/mods. Was he adding something or repairing something. Usally I see a PO will add a radio, or some other component and patch into cicuits pretty indiscriminally, leaving a mess. Even our local L.A. auto electrical shops wont bother tracing a wiring fault, opting to take a quick fix and string another circuit, outside of the harness.I'm not a very good electrican, so my repairs only come after long study of the circuit and the use of lots of reference materials. I will often go to shows, to check other cars to see if I used the right wire to the right spot Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/22099-1973-240z-local-help/#findComment-187520 Share on other sites
