What's the difference between the two grades of glass?

In my experience, the premium glass will be better. Less distortion, better finish. Typically, the premium will be a 'name' brand, while the standard grade may be some company that no one has ever heard of.

Yea, according to the dealer, I picked up the last windshield in the Nissan inventory. You'll have to to aftermarket. I understand the PPG glass is pretty awesome.

Now that OEM windshields are NLA, if all other factors are equal, how much of a hit does a car's value take for having aftermarket replacement glass instead?

I know it may not be the best price, but www.blackdragonauto.com, formerly www.victoriabritish.com has the tinted version available at the link below. It's has a full tint with dark shading at the top. You may want ot call them and see who the MFG is.
