240ZX Posted April 19, 2007 Share #2 Posted April 19, 2007 Excellent choice for a Z car wheel IMO! The +4mm (0.157") offset should not be a problem as stock is 0 offset. You should get them if you really like them!!! They will look great on a Z!Tom Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/24011-has-anyone-fit-rota-rb-wheels/#findComment-206483 Share on other sites
Go240Zags Posted April 19, 2007 Share #3 Posted April 19, 2007 That's a great looking wheel. Not sure on fitment, but if as 240ZX says they'll work and the price is right it looks like a good option. Curtis240Z Posted April 19, 2007 Share #4 Posted April 19, 2007 Another possible option might be these wheels: http://www.sportmaxwheel.com/sportmax_002.shtml They are selling for $113.00 each. They have a zero offset and fit fine with a 255/50-15 tire. justin260z Posted May 22, 2007 Share #7 Posted May 22, 2007 Hey, those are the same 2 wheels I am looking to buy. I have a question though, I want the 16X8, with a +0 offset in the sportmax 002. Will these fit on a 260z without modifications? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/24011-has-anyone-fit-rota-rb-wheels/#findComment-210314 Share on other sites
zbane Posted May 22, 2007 Share #8 Posted May 22, 2007 I am assuming these are Rotas- they look far too similar to your posted photo. No idea about the offset, but perhaps someone here knows the owner (shot taken at tail of the dragon) Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/24011-has-anyone-fit-rota-rb-wheels/#findComment-210360 Share on other sites
Twentysixouncer Posted May 23, 2007 Share #9 Posted May 23, 2007 Those are Rewinds I believe. The RBs have more of the Panasport shape to the spokes. Colin240z Posted August 9, 2007 Share #10 Posted August 9, 2007 Hi guys. If you check out http://www.18racing.com/wheel_rb.htmlyou'll see a whole mess of new sizes for the Rota RB. I would assume 16x7 w/ +4 offset should work on my 240Z? And what's recommended tire size for 16x7, 205-50-16? Also, they come in 17x7.5 - has anyone seen or fit these on an early Z? I don't know if I want to go this big, but it sounds intriguing. Thanks so much,Colin Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/24011-has-anyone-fit-rota-rb-wheels/#findComment-217901 Share on other sites
