so if you could do ANYTHING to your Z...

The nice thing about the RB's is there is so much aftermarket support for them, the only limit is your credit line LOL. I'd love to have the RB25DET or RB26DETT with a 6 speed. I've seen a few videos on Youtube with both engines in old Z's and they look extremely fast.

I'd register it.

With my work taking up most of my time, there's little left to find the motivation to get this car on the road. Smog laws and 29 year old parts are sure making this project less and less exciting.

i'd give my z the best paint job, all the upgrades to make the original engine the fastest it could be...and i mean all, replace all the seats and carpet, best body kit, best tires and wheels....ahhh....i should just settle for a beemer.

ANYTHING?

CF every panel that's not welded to the chassis. Doors, hatch, hood, fenders, valence, cowl. Lexan windows, full cage, no interior. Stroker L28, independent throttle bodies, DFI, crank trigger ignition, OS Giken twin cam head, straight pipe with dumps at the rocker in front of the rear wheels coming from a 6 into 2 header, ZG flares, Watanabe RS-8s...I'm out of ideas.

Couldn't get an OS Giken head for all the money in Japan.ROFL

But for a suspension how bout.........

ArizonaZcar's full "Roadrace Suspension" with Tokico Illuminas, billet alum. steering knuckles, mustashe bar and diff mount, urethane bushings, front and rear swaybars, and front and rear strut tower bars.

You could literally dial it up-down, hard-soft, street-track.

I've got too much time on my hands today!
