toecutter Posted August 8, 2007 Author Share #15 Posted August 8, 2007 The camera on the roof was a cool touch. How'd you manage that? I used an old tripod I had and glued some suction pods to it. Dodgy but worked. Next time I'll buy one as so it can be placed anywhere on the car! JimmyZ Posted August 8, 2007 Share #16 Posted August 8, 2007 Hey,I just noticed and it might just be the lighting but is the RHD dash glovebox the same as ours?In the last 20 seconds of footage the dash looked a little mishapen or maybe it was just a towel.Curious Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/25126-video-seven-s30s-on-a-cruise-down-the-great-ocean-road-in-australia/?page=2#findComment-217754 Share on other sites
Mike Posted August 8, 2007 Share #17 Posted August 8, 2007 Very sexy! Excellent work and THANKS for sharing. I loved driving the curves of the Great Ocean Road even if it was in a Holden. madkaw Posted August 8, 2007 Share #19 Posted August 8, 2007 Loved the foo fighters but you need some of that beautiful engine noise in the background so we can really feel like we are in the car with you. Thanks for sharing, it will be the incentive I need to get out in the garage today when it's 100 degrees. And toecutter is still one of ,if not , the best looking Z's around! toecutter Posted August 8, 2007 Author Share #20 Posted August 8, 2007 Wow big call Madkaw but thanks. Yer I know what you mean about the engine sound. I was thinking about this and will experiment using an external mike and putting it in the engine bay! :knockedou Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/25126-video-seven-s30s-on-a-cruise-down-the-great-ocean-road-in-australia/?page=2#findComment-217794 Share on other sites
JimmyZ Posted August 9, 2007 Share #21 Posted August 9, 2007 Hey,I just noticed and it might just be the lighting but is the RHD dash glovebox the same as ours?In the last 20 seconds of footage the dash looked a little mishapen or maybe it was just a towel.CuriousI think I figured it out. I'm so used to the 240 dash. The interior vid was shot in a 260Z right? The 260 dash is different. As always VicZcar/toecutter+video editing = sweet vids Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/25126-video-seven-s30s-on-a-cruise-down-the-great-ocean-road-in-australia/?page=2#findComment-217927 Share on other sites
