Greetings Classic Zcar Club Folks, First off I would like to thank you as a whole for the posts that helped me already with solving some of the issues with my 73 240z (2/73 production) which was apparently suffering from inattention when I acquired it in a trade for my '54 Ford F500 dump truck a couple of years ago. It appears to be an interesting assortment of original and aftermarket including wiring harnesses of unk origin going to who knows where and doing apparently nothing (defunct security/alarm system perhaps), stuck clock (now running), broken "his'n'her" sunroof (now replaced), leaking exhaust mainfold caps (now repaired), and very unhappy round top carbs (in progress). I am none other than my screen name/nickname (for a change) and the Z and I are hanging out somewhere in the northeast. I'll have more later I'm sure, thanks again and see you in the forums! JHS

Hello there Popdaddy, and those interested: My 2/73 Z shows a vin of HLS30145258, it appears to have been originally silver. 4sp tranny and now wears what appears to be vintage mags and has had the original seats replaced with procar buckets.
