Hey everyone im Dirk Corrao. I'm 21. I reside in Apple Valley Ca. I own a 1977.5 280z the door panel says OCT 77 but the pink says 78 so who knows. I resently sold a 1984 300zxT 5 Speed and really didn't want to so i conned my wife into letting me get something to fix up. Any Z lovers in my area? let me know we can hang out and tell stories haha. well thats about it. thanks for lettin me join the forum!!:laugh:

I have a '77 280z too!

HLS30360104 build date 10/76 titiled as proper model year of 1977 .

Theres lots of members near where your at with nice rides.

Tons of Z's in my area but no one on this forum though

Come on, guys! WingZrO's is a 77 and Corrao's is a 78. Period. No 77.5 or any of that kind of stuff. The model years run from August to July. In other words a 77 is 8/76-7/77 and a 78 is 8/77-7/78. Your cars are both registered as the correct model years. That being said, welcome, Corrao, I'm right down the hill from you in the Devore area of San Bernardino.
