You guys are great. I found the roller it was in the bottom of the door, it must have fallen off sometime ago. Thanks for the photo and pdf file, I got it back on and it cured about 85% of the rattle. I think getting the new felt will solve the rest. Whew, I'm glad this is finally is over my hands are killing me.

Glad to hear it's fixed! Replacement window channel felt is a cheap fix with parts from JC Whitney. Here's a link with pics to a thread:
