Fill the pit:stupid: ? Heck no! Billy Jean and Billy Bob think it is a great start for one of those hot tub things. It would be great seeing all 300 lbs of Billy Jean in her bathing costume :cheeky: :nervous: While was working on the horseless cairage!

Actually I will be building a garage this fall / winter and Buzz will be working for a living. annnd the garage is going to have a 20X46 inch concreate lined work pit with drain to keep spilled beer out of the work area:classic: Look photos of the project next Spring / Summer

I replaced the clutch in my '72. Took it out by myself and had my brother help me put it back in, someone had to bench press that transmission up in place. I figure it took about 6 hours. Thats with taking the fly wheel off and also installing a roller sleeve and putting a SS line on. Transmission slipped right in place thanks to the alignment tool, a definate must to have from what I understand.

There is no need to purchase an alinement tool. I made in 1970 a tool out of a broom stick handle and formed the pilot bearing end with a belt sander and wood chisel! This was for my Ford Cortina. Since then I have use the same tool on a Dodge, USA Ford and 620 Pickup. I adjusted the size by rapping tape around the where it is needed. I once could not find the tool and used a highlighter with the cap removed rapped with elec tape. This was used on my sons 510.
