WingZr0 Posted December 20, 2008 Author Share #41 Posted December 20, 2008 Did you ever end up with this car? No not yet :dead:, I've been sinking money into more ANSA parts which kept coming up and other stuff for my parts store among other things. Me and the current owner are still cool about it and I'll try and pick it up after New Years Day. I know I know, I need to go get him ~Z~ Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/27596-i-found-1678-with-2400-ohc-valve-cover/?page=4#findComment-269379 Share on other sites

JonnyRock Posted July 23, 2009 Share #43 Posted July 23, 2009 For $500, I'd do it. Sounds like there's at least a good deal more than that in parts. It's not too picked over, right? Nope, it's all there as in the previous post of it, link for more pics http://s235.photobucket.com/albums/ee59/partnateam/stuff/ just had some mice and ant issuses though so Ima gut it fore I haul it home. Just thinking it may be a bigger project than I'm willing to chew, I believe the frame and floor pans need replaced too since the windows where rolled down whole time it was outside. But o well, my dream is a Skyline engine and tube frame it anyway, but may go stock enigine since it'll be cheaper and I can get the Black Z I always wanted and I'm picking up a 1978 White 280Z 4spd also with red interrior :classic: Tomorrows a busy day Will post pics of course.... ~Z~ Edited July 24, 2009 by WingZr0 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/27596-i-found-1678-with-2400-ohc-valve-cover/?page=4#findComment-290247 Share on other sites
JonnyRock Posted July 23, 2009 Share #45 Posted July 23, 2009 Well it's not something I would tackle, but go for it if you think you can. Even trying is better than just letting it waste away.
