Hey guys, I figured I'd branch out over to this website as well. I'm a member on hybridz.org and Zcar.com and noticed this place existed as well and looks like a good forum.

Anyways, I have a 1974 260z with the original L26, '70 round top SUs, header, 280zx 5spd, and some muffler. :)

Here's some pics I've taken thusfar in the past 4 or so months of ownership. I am the third owner, the first being a Nissan head mechanic, and the second being an X-ray tech who only drove it recreationally. I'm located in North Florida, and had a fun 30-something hour round trip, no sleep, to get this puppy from Kentucky.

Also, I had the car dyno'ed locally on a mustang dyno and it put down 137hp and 134 torque. I believe it could have laid down a tad more, considering they only revved it to about 5400, but it was taking its fair share of time getting any higher in rpm in 4th gear.

Well, that seems to be plenty for now, any questions, comments, concerns, etc that you have, please let me know!!

Congrats on the purchase - she's a beauty. You're quick on the uptake - starting with pictures (eastcoaster)

Thanks bro, I try to take as many pictures as possible as often as I can in different settings to see where it looks best.

Will,

Welcome to a fellow 260Z ,I also have a 74 260Z early build date . Your car looks nice I hope you enjoy yours as much I do mine.

Mike

Thanks man, and I definitely do. Its city gas mileage is hagred but does great on the highway. That's my only qualm with the car.

Sweet ride dude. Looks to be in great shape.

Nice Cougar in the first pic too ;) I have a black one sitting in my shop right now, belongs to a friend, waiting for a 410 stroker :D

Yea, that Cougar is a '70 Eliminator clone. It had a 351C in it until it blew the headgaskets and my friend decided to throw a 460 in it. He/we have been working on it for almost a year now, and are doing some of the final things to it now. Need to finish getting the C4 transmission to fit as well as put the interior back together. Mostly a lack of money is keeping this from being finished. Definitely an eye-turning car though.

Don't worry about it...WingZr0 won't be happy until at least 14,000 of the 13,745 members have one of the very limited supply of ANSA twin-pipes...hehe

Welcome aboard...sweet ride...

Hah, well sadly for him, I most likely won't be investing in one. ROFL

Thanks for the welcome and complement.
