off topic, but what is the story on "invoice" nowadays?

If you look up the GT-R on Edmunds they have an invoice of 65,744 on a list of 69,850 for the base model, yet when I read the letter from Nissan to the dealers about the GT-R they said they would build in a 10% profit which would put the invoice really at 63,500

With the widespread internet info on car pricing and people using it to get "better" deals are these services giving us bogus info and helping their sponsors?

As a Jag owner, I spotted the color/lines almost immediately. However, I did think it was a Series I (so my eyes fail me a little!)...this is a Series III, V12. All of those were 2+2 as opposed to the smaller FHC (fixed-head coupe), which is what I own.

Nice car either way!! Great pics too!
