need help with my 260z su carberators

hey guys i need help with my carbs. i recently got them overhalled, and while i was trying to run it, my car wouldnt start. finally when i tryed to choke them with my hads i discoverd that they werent sucking any air, or gas. :ogre: does any one know how to fix this?
