Value of triple weber brevettato dcoe45

Hi,

Can someone tell me what is the value for that set up.

I put the hand of a complete set up with intake, carbs, jets, air filters and stack. Those we're running this summer so in good condition.

Not sure I will need such a high performance set up. Probabbly stay with my SU.

Depending on the appearance and actual condition - complete triple setup's with the Cannon intake usually sell on E-Bay for between $550.00 and $650.00. I've seen them go for as low as $350.00 when no reserve was set and no one was watching and as high as $1200.00 when two people really wanted them at the same time.

The condition and type of Air Cleaners will matter... the air cleaners alone can run $175.00... The long runner "Cannon" intake is best for street and all round performance. The shorter runner manifolds are long track high speed type.

If they are very clean I'd put them on E-Bay with a Buy-It-Now of $695.00... and I'd set a reserve of $600.00. If they don't sell the first time - relist them every couple months.. they'll sell.

Usually the ones on ebay are DCOE 40s, from what I have seen DCOE 45's are not as common, and command a higher price.

I know there were a great number of variations of these carbs produced. Do these carbs have "Brevettato" marked on them? What is the Type (Tipo) number? I have a triple set of made in Italy DCOE45s that were on my Z when I bought it. They are all stamped Tipo 45DCOE152. Two of them are also stamped No.5F and one is stamped No.4N with Bologna cast into it instead of Italy. Anyone know the significance or meaning of 5F or 4N?

Notice all 3 carbs are marked Z2 also. I believe these were usually sold in kit form and that is the designation marking.
