Interesting but dangerous. "Performed on enclosed road". What does that mean? They blocked traffic going in their direction? Clearly there was actual traffic on the other side of the grass median.

That is interesting. Online fraud is currently rampant. The common claim being "honorable ignorance". There is a case of this going on here IIRC...
