mally002 Posted April 22, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 22, 2009 Does anyone know where to find the black plastic piece that holds the brake lines on the inside of the engine bay. I'm not sure what the technical name is and I looked in the usual places, but can't seem to locate this piece.Any ideas......Thanks,Randy Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/31609-any-clue-where-to-find-this-piece/ Share on other sites
Zak's Z Posted April 23, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 23, 2009 If were talking about the same piece, that black hard rubber piece that has the holes in it for the brake lines and gets held in place with metal clips on a few places in the engine bay and trans tunnel...We talked about this awhile ago I think. There was some discussion on trying to make repro's of those parts I think, and from what I remeber no one can find them. I really need a set also. My brake lines are almost ready to go and I only have 1 or 2 of them. mally002 Posted April 23, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted April 23, 2009 (edited) Thanks for the heads up Zak,I was going to search but didn't have the item name to look for it. If these can't be found what else would be appropriate to use to hold the lines.....oops, scratch that, just read the last thread....didn't see it at first.
