Tim 76' 280Z Posted May 23, 2009 Share #1 Posted May 23, 2009 My mother inlaw came to me after her fathers death and asked me to sell her fathers 78' datsun pickup. Sorry that the only photo I got is the engine bay.... There is hardly any body damage and no rust it is in need of a repaint but the interior is in mint condition same with the engine bay. The truck has 56,000 orignal miles. Always sat in a garage. Her father is the orignal owner as well. What should I put in the window? Does the 2200 I have on it now fit it well? Carl Beck Posted May 23, 2009 Share #2 Posted May 23, 2009 With gas prices on the way UP - I'd Put $3,695.00 on the window. 22 is way too cheap for a small pick-up with 56K miles...FWIW,Carl B. bigoak Posted May 23, 2009 Share #3 Posted May 23, 2009 Yeah, if the body is truly without rust, $2.2 is a steal. Go with CB's advice. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/31954-what-should-i-ask-for-it/#findComment-284553 Share on other sites
Tim 76' 280Z Posted May 23, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted May 23, 2009 Wow! Thanks alot guys! I will get more pics of it up soon. Im going to put it on craigs for 3650 obo. I would think that a collector would buy it up real fast for the condition that its in. If didnt have my z project I would buy it. They offered it to me for 1000 but I declined. Not a datsun pickup kinda guy. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/31954-what-should-i-ask-for-it/#findComment-284554 Share on other sites
