Yes, the rear window in the pictures is a rare one. Don't break it and be VERY carefull when removing the crappy tint job.

Can't give you specifics on the exhaust, though it sounds like a set of twice pipes with glass packs. A pretty common aftermarket instal, many years ago.

I wouldn't call the rear window rare. Rare is the earliest cars with no defroster lines. The vertical lines were used up until the 1972 model year although my 9/71-built '72 has the vertical lines.

According to Nissan, the first HLS30 fitted with the horizontal wire grid was HLS30-062001. That's quite a way into the '72 model run that is shown as starting with HLS30-46001. I found it difficult to find an excellent condition vertical grid glass, but that had more to do with my location I think and not being able to inspect them in person before buying and having them shipped.

You're right. I thought the change was sooner than that. I'm HLS30-47431 which is fairly close to the start of the run.
