Lasca Posted September 1, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 1, 2009 Hi, I just moved to San Francisco and I need a new mechanic. I have a 1973 240z that has just started to leak oil. Any recommendations? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/topic/33024-sfbay-area-z-specialists/ Share on other sites
conedodger Posted September 2, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2009 I think there is a Z specialist in Oakland called the Z Doctor IIRC... Do a search for ZONC which is the Z Club of Northern California. Doc Kanorowski is the tech director and he also owns the shop I am talking about... Lasca Posted September 2, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted September 2, 2009 Thanks for all the replies. The leak started at the oil pan and now it is spread out under the engine block. 70 Cam Guy Posted September 3, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 3, 2009 I understand why you're looking for a place, sounds the leak has grown a good amount. Keep an eye on your oil level until you can get it worked on!
