Hi everyone ! just wanted to introduce myself. My father recently passed away and his last wish was for me to have his '77 280z, this was his baby and he knew i would fix it up and care for it as i do ny '95 Eclipse GS-T. I owned a '74 260Z back in the late 70's early 80's and enjoyed it till the hot south Alabama heat gave me fits with those side draft carbs. My dad was not one to spend money on a car and if was not broke he did not mess with it. He was the worlds best tinkerer and ducktape mechanic so i have my hands full and all the help everyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the loss of your father but what a legacy to leave. It looks wonderful. Welcome to the club. Its a great resource to have should you have problems. What shape is the interior in? The exterior looks great. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your dad...not the way we wish people to enter the game, but welcome to the world of Datsun's nonetheless.

Wow...body looks really good...must have missed the clothespin accessories at Black Dragon though...

When you have specific questions, search the board. There is a wealth of information and the bulk of general questions have already been asked and answered. Not sure a search will turn up anything on clothes pins though...

Thanks guys, cbudvet the interior is in very good shape except for the seats they are toast. Yea bigoak, mom kept complaining about where all her clothspins were going. I do have a few problems i am working on and will do a deep search.
