Hi my Name is Mark . I love z cars . I'm on z number 23 . I currently drive a turbo 280z . A stock 240z . and a 300zx turbo . My I buy cars at auctions from time to time Especially Z's . I'm currently trying to get at least 300hp outta my l28et just for street driving and just for the fun of it. Every time I see a Z in trouble I try and save it . And when I Do that the wife trys to kill me. Just kidding She loves Z's to so I guess I'm a very lucky man. Just had a kid He's 7 months . And he has already been to his 1st Z car show . I would like to be a Z mechanic so I am going to school to learn as much as I can about these cars and other cars . I would like to do motor swaps for a living but never have done one but the time is soon to come with my next project. If any one is ever in the inland empire/La area Lets Take a z cruise some time . Nice to meet u all . Sorry if I sound Lame . I just really love Z's and Z people

Welcome Mark; I can relate to what you are saying, for me, I would love to buy a wrecking yard for myself, just so I can do some wild things with cars! I live in Pomona, so we must defenetily meet up some time, my 260 should be ready for the road by mid July, and I can use the motivation of other local enthusiasts to achieve the goals I have for my Z! BTW feel free to ramble on, you did not sound lame at all.

Hi Mark: my name is George, my plans are still going strong, I am almost finished with the brakes and should be ready to be on the road soon, July 18 is my b-day, and that is the day that my car must hit the road for the first time since I got it 3 years ago, I can not wait till i can get to meets behind the wheel, and not just an spectator, did you hear about the Datsun swapmeet at the end of July? how are your projects coming along?

Hi George, any way to get a little more info on the Datsun Swap meet you mentioned. I run the ZCCIV web site and have a section where I try to add the So Cal events that are happening for Z/Datsun enthusiasts. It would be nice to have a place where all of the So Cal events are listed so people can attend and enjoy the events.

Hi Rich: the info is posted on the Dime Quarterly, the swapmeet will be held on July 25th starts at 8:00am, the address is 1100 Eagle Vista Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90041. hope this helps. the last too times was great, big turn out and many vendors with great deals.ROFLROFL
