BTF/PTM Posted June 3, 2010 Share #1 Posted June 3, 2010 (edited) Anyone got the size/thread of this lil guy handy? It doesn't seal well, and it looks like it should have a washer and/or crush gasket. The flatter, wider hex-head looking part below the plug head is part of the tank, not the plug. zKars Posted June 3, 2010 Share #2 Posted June 3, 2010 That's not the stock location of the plug. It usually on the bottom near the back of the tank. For whatever reason, someone put in a new plug in this corner. You're on your own as to the threads. Take it out and go shopping. Yes it should have a sealing washer of some kind. BTF/PTM Posted June 3, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted June 3, 2010 There's a bigger plug at the bottom, too. I shoulda seen that coming. I'll have to get a second fuel can n drain the rest of the tank so I can go plug hunting.
