however the car is not runing and after 3 days im starting to lose my patience.

Patience, Grasshopper. 4 days is forever, I know, but stop to think a little bit. The three basics, air, fuel, spark. They all must come together at the same time to produce energy.

You have the expertise of Yetterben with the Webers, and numerous others with the vagaries of timing. Take one of the three variables at a time and insure it is correct and proper. Good gas? 3 psi sounds fine, but is it filling your float bowls? Plug wiring correct with #1 pointed at the radiator? Are you jetted for San Antonio's altitude?

A thousand questions. Use the search function and see what you can find.

Good luck!

I put 2 gallons in the tank of fresh gas and the online filters look clean.

The wires are correct and one is pointing to the radiator.

Now regarding the jets and float bowls. If those were an issue wouldn't it start with me spraying in starting fluid. It did yesterday :(
